matsiems.com is the public marketing site for Mat Siems. Content is opinion + portfolio, shared as-is, no warranty. Code samples are illustrative — read, understand, and adapt before running in production.

• POM (Pomodoro) rate is published on /pricing. The first POM is free.
• Work is invoiced in POM blocks. Each POM = 25 minutes of focused execution.
• All deliverables (code, docs, diagrams) ship to your repo / drive. You own the output.
• Either side can stop at any POM boundary — no minimum block, no exit fee.

• The work agreed for that block, shipped to a real environment.
• An audit trail in git + a summary of what changed and why.
• Access to any tooling or skills required to keep building after I'm off the clock.

• Fixed-bid full-build contracts — POMs only.
• Subcontract to teams you haven't met. If a fellow operator joins, you meet them first.
• Sign NDAs that prevent sharing high-level patterns publicly (specific client data is always private).

Mat Siems is a UK sole trader. Liability is capped at the fees paid for the most recent billing cycle. The site and any free artefact (skills, diagrams, code snippets) are provided “as is”.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
